Villa Zuleyha is a beautifully presented 3-bedroom private villa sleeping up to 6 guests, offering a true home-from-home experience in a convenient and peaceful location close to Dalyan town.

The stylish shaker-style kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A dining table comfortably seats six guests, and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery, glassware, utensils and a selection of herbs and spices — perfect for anything from a light breakfast to a BBQ dinner prepared on the traditional stone BBQ.

The lounge is spacious and comfortable, with plush seating, air conditioning and an LG Smart TV — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Dalyan. Doors lead directly out to the poolside terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.

Outside, the private pool (approximately 45m² and 1.5m deep) enjoys sunshine for most of the day and is surrounded by ample sunbathing space with both sunny and shaded areas. As evening falls, LED lighting transforms the pool into a stunning blue oasis. The welcoming swing seat, outdoor dining table and gentle wind chimes create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. A mature walled garden with citrus trees adds charm, and guests are welcome to enjoy the fruit when in season. There is also a handy outdoor shower.

Upstairs, the villa offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with quality mattresses for maximum comfort:

Master bedroom: Queen-size bed with large en-suite bathroom (bath, handheld shower and WC)

Second double bedroom: Queen-size bed

Twin bedroom: Two single beds

The second double and twin bedrooms share a modern family bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and basin. Both bathrooms include hairdryers and shaver points. All bedrooms have access to a full-length rear balcony furnished with comfortable seating, overlooking the pool and mountains — the perfect place to enjoy a sunset drink.

Additional features include a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing facilities, security safe, Wi-Fi, travel cot, high chair, potty, extra bed linen, towels and beach towels.

Villa Zuleyha is ideally located with the nearest supermarket just a 3-minute walk away and Dalyan town centre reachable in 5–10 minutes on foot. The popular Saturday market is also close by.
