Outside, the private swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access and a separate shallow children’s pool, along with a brick-built BBQ for outdoor dining. The villa is just a 10-minute walk to Dalyan town centre and only 5 minutes to the nearest restaurant and local shop, with two bicycles also available for guests to use.

**Please Note:** Villa Kocadere has 2 friendly, well-cared-for cats who are fed daily within the garden area. You may occasionally notice food bowls appear and disappear during your stay — please don’t worry, this is completely normal.
