Villa Dahlia 1 and Villa Dahlia 2 are two identical, modern 3-bedroom private villas, perfectly positioned close to the new market square and just a short, easy walk into Dalyan town centre.

They can be booked individually or together, making them an excellent option for two families or larger holiday groups. For group bookings, a gate between the two gardens can be unlocked, allowing easy access between both villas.

Each villa features a spacious outdoor area with a private pool, sunbeds, parasols, a garden swing, poolside shower and BBQ. There is also a grassed area to the side and rear of the villa, ideal for children to play safely. A large front terrace provides outdoor dining furniture and comfortable lounge seating, perfect for relaxing both day and evening.

Inside, the ground floor offers a bright open-plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge includes a large sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, breakfast bar with stools, Turkish toast machine, kettle, Turkish coffee machine and filter coffee machine.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a Juliet-style balcony, plus a family bathroom with shower, WC and sink. A handy utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board is located under the stairs.
