Impressive 5 bedroom, private villa.  Perfect for group or family holidays Villa Ayberk has it all, from every bedroom being en-suite to the large pool with a separate children's section you are going to have a fantastic time here.

Starting with outside - The walled garden has plenty of room for sunbathing, relaxing and playing, with a grassed area and paved area round the pool. Turkish style kosk, BBQ & an outdoor shower, you won't be fighting for space.

The villa is wheelchair or pushchair accessible, with a ramp to the front door and two downstairs bedrooms, one with a double bed & the second with twin beds. The double bedroom's en-suite has a shower cubicle, wc & hand basin, whereas the twin bedroom has a wet room shower complete with grab rail, wc & hand basin.

The open plan living space has everything you need, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, separate hob, kettle, toaster and there is a washing machine in the villa.

The dining table seats 6 but there is plenty of space for al-fresco dining.on the terrace.
The lounge are has the television that you can watch DVD's on and access to some English speaking channels , plus the villa has wi-fi.

Upstairs are two further twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower cubicle, wc & handbasin.

The master bedroom has a large bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath, wc & handbasin.

One of the twin bedrooms & the master bedroom share a balcony at the front of the villa.

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning as does the open plan lounge area.

The villa also has a cot & a high-chair. Villa Ayberk is only a short distance from Dalyan town centre, 10 minutes with a small supermarket five minutes away.
