The pool area is spacious with sunbeds, parasols, garden swing, poolside shower and BBQ.  There is a grassed area to the side and back of the villa for kids to have a good run around on.

The ground floor has an open plan kitchen / lounge, a bedroom and bathroom.  The lounge has a large sofa, Smart TV, wifi and air-conditioning.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, Turkish toast machine, kettle, Turkish coffee machine and a filter coffee machine.

Ground Floor bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning and Juliet style balcony.

There is a family bathroom which can be used as the bathroom for the ground floor bedroom.  Under there stairs is the utility area with the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The first floor has two ensuite bedrooms.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and has a double bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom, dressing area and a balcony overlooking the pool.

Carmenta Villas have electric shutters on all windows, an alarm, digital security safe, highchair and hairdryer.
